Necessary storage

We use essential browser storage to remember your cookie choice and support the site’s core operation. This cannot be switched off through the consent banner. The consent record is versioned and stores whether marketing was granted or denied and when the choice was updated.

The 24-hour homepage-preview cookie protects access to your temporary business preview, quote draft and any voice transcription you explicitly start. It is necessary product storage, not advertising tracking.

Marketing cookies

If you accept optional cookies, Quotea loads the Google Ads tag. It helps us measure whether an advert led to someone creating their first Quotea business and keeping a real quote. If you reject them, the Google Ads tag does not load and Quotea does not send a conversion to Google.

For that successful first-account conversion, your account email may be shared with Google through its Enhanced Conversions mechanism after it has been trimmed and lowercased. We do not place your email in a URL, ordinary analytics property or browser console log.

Quote previews and account activation

When you make a homepage preview, Quotea stores the page or campaign that brought you to us with that temporary preview. If you keep the quote and create your first business, the successful claim is our own record that the activation happened. We only retain a Google click identifier when you have accepted marketing cookies.

Changing your choice

Use Cookie settings in the footer at any time. Rejecting optional cookies stops future Google Ads tracking from Quotea on this browser. It does not affect account or quote functionality.
